Once your device arrives, our team gets to work. Here's exactly what happens. No mystery, no black box.
Step 1
We wipe everything. Completely.
Your data is destroyed using NIST 800-88 methods, the same standard trusted by government and defence agencies. It's not a quick format. It's a thorough, verified, irreversible erasure. If a drive can't be wiped, it's physically destroyed. No exceptions. Read our full policy.
Step 2
We test every single component.
Battery health, display quality, keyboard and trackpad, all ports, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, speakers, camera, storage speed, the lot. We run full diagnostics so we know exactly what we're working with.
Step 3
We fix what needs fixing.
Dead battery? Replaced. Slow storage? Upgraded. Dodgy keyboard or cracked screen? Swapped out. We do component-level repairs to bring devices back to a standard we're genuinely proud to hand over.
Step 4
It finds a new home.
A fresh OS is installed, everything's updated, and the device is matched to someone who needs it: a student, a family, a community organisation. Your old tech becomes someone else's fresh start.

Our erasure process meets the same compliance standard used by the Australian Department of Defence. Once we're done, there's nothing left to find. Not by us, not by anyone. And if you need proof, we can provide a certificate of data destruction.
