Get Support

We provide technology to
people that need it.

Refurbished laptops, tablets, desktops, and peripherals, securely wiped, tested, and ready to use.

We don't distribute to individuals directly.

We work through schools, charities, disability services, community organisations, and support workers who are already embedded in their communities. This ensures accountability, fair distribution, and that every device ends up somewhere it genuinely makes a difference.

Who can apply

  • Registered charities & not-for-profits
  • Schools serving low-SES communities
  • Disability & community support services
  • Support workers acting on behalf of clients

We keep verification light-touch. No mountains of paperwork, just enough to understand who you are and how the equipment will be used.

How it works

Four steps. That's it.

Step 1

Create an account

Register on our portal and tell us about your organisation: who you are, who you support, and what you do.

Step 2

Submit a request

Tell us what equipment you need, how many, and what it'll be used for. Include any specific requirements: accessibility needs, software, or preferred device types.

Step 3

We review your request

Our team reviews every request manually. We assess eligibility, check current stock, and work out how to best match equipment to your needs.

Step 4

Receive your equipment

Once we've reviewed your request, we'll send you a proposal outlining what we can provide and any contribution we're asking for. Accept it, and we'll get your equipment ready. A small contribution may apply depending on your organisation — we'll be upfront about this before you commit to anything.
